Reduce stress, promote relaxation and create space for healing.
If you’re working in a healing space, chances are you do a lot of giving. Which is a truly beautiful thing. But how often do you allow yourself to receive?
My intention in creating these sessions is to facilitate a calm, peaceful and healing atmosphere where you can let go of showing up for others, and allow yourself to be in a space of receiving. I will hold space for you to share what’s on your heart, offering you deep listening and compassionate presence.
These sessions are available in person for those in the Frederick area, or virtual for those who wish to be in the comfort of their own home.
What is Reiki?
Rei - (Spiritual Wisdom) ki (Life Energy) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing promotion. Typically, Reiki is given to a client when a practitioner places their hands directly on the client to send healing energy, however the practitioner can send distance Reiki as well, meaning you can receive this healing practice in person or virtually. Virtual sessions allow you to receive Reiki in the comfort of your own home no matter where you're located.
What to expect:
You can expect a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, where I hold space for you to share what's on your heart. Once we've discussed any physical or emotional areas you want to focus on, you can get comfortable and I'll begin to send Reiki to you. You can think of this like a massage for your energetic system.
For virtual sessions, I'll provide you with a guided relaxation and direct distance Reiki healing to you. I will tell you where I am directing the Reiki energy during our session, and you may experience some warmth or coolness, tingling, or relaxation.
Sessions are 60 minutes, $125
