Please join me for a weekly community meditation gathering. We need community and connection to each other on a soul level - we really can’t do this human experience alone. Each gathering is on the fourth Saturday of the month at 10am EST, and I am so grateful to be with you in community, breathing and sharing space.

This monthly membership gives you access to monthly gatherings, along with an extensive library of meditation recordings from previous gatherings. 

It feels more important now than ever for us to be together. Gathering in community is a much-needed balm for the soul, when collectively, many people are grieving and feeling disconnected. I want to offer a community gathering where we can see each other's faces, breathe and meditate together, and remember that we are not alone. 

We'll be together for 30 minutes, and I will lead us through a short breath work practice and a grounding meditation.

Sliding Scale Pricing

Accessibility is a core value of my work. The purpose of creating this as a sliding scale offering is to take into consideration global economic disparities, historical injustices, and varying personal circumstances. As a woman in business and a provider for my family, I thank you for reflecting and paying in a way that honors my work and creates access for as many people as possible.

*Please note that your first gathering is free, and drop in rates are available*

• $29 Supporter Rate. You're financially stable, have investments, a retirement plan or access to economic abundance or generational wealth.
• $22 Standard Rate. You’re employed / self-employed, come from generational land ownership, or are able to provide for your needs in a consistent way.
• $17 Community Rate. You're relatively less economically advantaged, have an unfavorable exchange rate or the standard rate is out of reach for you.
• $12 Access Rate. Other rates are not within reach. Ideally for historically marginalized populations, and anyone experiencing economic hardship.
