Whether you're taking big action in advocacy work, or doing the consistent work of holding space for others while they process their experiences, your work is absolutely essential.Ā
I wholeheartedly believe that we're here right now for a reason. Our work matters. Holding space for others is a gift, and an immense responsibility. To do so, you also need some space for yourself.Ā
