I believe we're here now for a reason.
Holding space for others at this particular moment in time is deep work. You are holding others, all the while also navigating your own feelings and experience. Whether you're taking action in advocacy work, or doing the consistent work of holding space for others while they process their experiences, your work is sacred and essential.
We wholeheartedly believe that you're here right now for a reason. Your work matters. Holding space for others is a gift, and an immense responsibility that can feel heavy at times. In order to stay the course and do the work that you're meant to do, you also need space for your own personal care and growth.
Who is this for?
We created this offering for therapists, caretakers, healers, body workers, doulas and midwives, teachers and space holders. If you're holding space for others in their healing, we want to hold space for you.
We get it. Helping people heal is a calling. It's a joy, a gift, and an honor. It's also a lot, and offers unique challenges different from any other profession. Taking time and space for yourself is not only essential for your own well-being, it's also ethical so that you have capacity to help those you serve.

Time as a human invention
Reflecting on how we want to support you this weekend, we will encourage you to let go of a sense of time. We'll ask that you keep your phone in your room and use it only for essentials. We'll offer an outline of events so you know what to expect, but your agenda will contain no start and end times. We hold all of that for you, so you can let go of "shoulds" and "supposed to's", and simply enjoy the flow of the weekend without worrying about what time it is.
